Data Deletion Instructions

Fahim Ai Store

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data in either of these ways:

• Send a message to the Fahim Ai Store Facebook Page asking us to delete your data, or
• Email 200fahimxd@gmail.com with the Facebook name you used when messaging the Page, so we can find your records.

What gets deleted

On a valid request we delete the order records we hold for you (name, phone number, chosen product and order messages) and any stored conversation data associated with your Page-scoped ID. Aggregated, anonymous business statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

Timeframe and confirmation

Requests are completed within 30 days. When the deletion is done, we confirm it by replying to your Page message or email, so you have a status confirmation for your request. If we need more information to locate your data, we will reply and ask for it.
