1. Who we are

"Fahim Ai Store" is a Facebook Page operated by an individual seller in Bangladesh. The Page sells digital products — ChatGPT Plus and Gemini Pro subscriptions and video-editing courses. This policy covers the automated customer-support and sales assistant ("the assistant") that answers messages sent to the Page through Facebook Messenger.

2. What data we process

• The messages you send to the Page in Messenger, and the replies the assistant sends you.
• Your Page-scoped ID (PSID) — the identifier Facebook assigns to your conversation with this Page. We do not receive your Facebook password or access to your profile beyond what Messenger shows in the conversation.
• Order details you voluntarily give us while ordering: your name, your mobile phone number, and the product you choose.

3. Why we process it

We process this data only to run the shop's customer service: to answer your questions, give product information and prices from our catalog, take and record your orders so the owner can fulfill them manually, and provide after-sales support.

4. Automated (AI) processing

Replies are generated with the help of automated AI services — Groq and Google Gemini — which act as our processors. Your message text is sent to those services solely to compose a reply. We do not use your data for marketing broadcasts, and we never sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.

5. Storage and retention

• Conversation context is held temporarily so the assistant can follow the conversation; it is short-lived and is not kept as a permanent record.
• Order records (name, phone number, chosen product, and the order message) are stored in the shop's private cloud storage (Vercel Blob) so the owner can fulfill and keep business records of orders.

6. Your choices and deletion

You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Message the Page or email 200fahimxd@gmail.com. See our data deletion instructions for details.
